-Carries – itdamagesthesolid dental tissue. It starts with white spot on the tooth surface that later becomes dark brown. The tooth starts slowly to ruin. The tooth keeps food. Foul breath appears. There is a long-lasting pain when cold, hot or sweet food touches the tooth.

Treatment – one or two visits.

If the carries is not treated it might turn into pulpitis:

- Pulpitis – it affects the pulp (nerve) of the tooth. The disease characterizes with severe pain very often during the night.

Treatment – at least two visits.

- Periodontitis – it’s a symptom condition of the devitalized teeth (death). It is an inflammation around the rout of the tooth. The pain is with different intensity, dull pain, at regular intervals, pulling, there is a feeling that the tooth is higher from the others.

- Gingivitis, parodontosis – symptoms - pain, swollen (edema), turn to red, bleeding gums when are brushed or spontaneously. Other symptoms are foul breath, exposing of the roots, shaking teeth. The pain is deep in the gum pocket – severe, unbearable. The treatment – cleaning of the tartar around the teeth, curettage in a regular basis, making of parodontal rims.

- Calculus (tartar) – hard formations around the gum edge of the tooth colored from light brown to black. It can not be cleaned when the teeth are brushed with tooth-brush and paste. Foul breath. Usually it is formed behind the front teeth of the bottom jaw and at the upper molars.
